This document represents a legal agreement (“Agreement”) governing your use of EchoEspanol.com, its subdomains, and any associated platforms (“Website”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions.

1. GENERAL TERMS (Applies to all programs)

All Echo Español content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or distribute materials
  • Copy or reproduce lessons, audio, or videos
  • Provide access to others using your account

Access is granted based on the specific program purchased.

2. 🔁 REFUND POLICY

All digital products and memberships are non-refundable.

No refunds are issued for:

  • Partial use of content
  • Lack of use
  • Change of mind
  • Cancellation after billing

Because access to all materials is granted immediately after purchase, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

  • Assignments
  • 1-year access
  • No feedback or coaching

Access is valid for 12 months from purchase date.

4. 🔵 ECHO LATINO ACCENT – PREMIUM WEEKLY FEEDBACK ($197/month)

Includes everything in the Base Program, plus:

  • Weekly audio/video submission (1 per week, max 60 seconds)
  • Personalized audio feedback
  • Custom drills based on your voice
  • Priority support
  • Limited to 10 active students

💳 Subscription Terms

  • $197/month subscription
  • Cancel anytime

If you cancel:

  • You keep Base Program access for 12 months from original purchase
  • Premium feedback access ends immediately upon cancellation

🔁 Rejoining Policy

If you rejoin:

  • Subject to availability (limited to 10 students)
  • Price is based on current rate at time of rejoining
  • Previous pricing is not guaranteed

🎯 Weekly Feedback Rules

  • 1 submission per week
  • Max 60 seconds
  • Includes reading, shadowing, or free speaking

Feedback includes:

  • Pronunciation corrections
  • Rhythm & intonation guidance
  • Personalized drills
  • Weekly next steps

5. 📚 Biblioteca de libros (Seasonal Membership)

The biblioteca de libros provides guided reading experiences designed to improve fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension through stories.

💳 Billing Terms

May be offered as:

  • Monthly subscription, or
  • Annual subscription

Billing structure depends on the current enrollment period and is always shown at checkout.

Depending on the current cycle, members may receive:

  • Guided reading stories
  • Vocabulary support
  • Audio/shadowing practice
  • Comprehension activities
  • Story-based lessons

Content varies by season or reading cycle.

🔁 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

Access continues until the end of your billing period.

6. Mini-Courses, Guides & Digital Resources

This section applies to all other one-time digital products offered by Echo Español, including mini-courses, mini-series, cheat sheets, guides, templates, downloadable resources, and any add-on or bonus offers presented at checkout (current and future).

Access

  • One-time payment, no recurring charges.
  • Access is delivered immediately after purchase inside the Echo Español community portal, using the email address provided at checkout.
  • Access remains available for as long as the product is offered on the Echo Español platform, unless a specific access period is stated on the product’s sales or checkout page.
  • Downloadable resources are yours to keep for personal use once downloaded.

Bonuses & Time-Limited Offers

  • Some products include bonuses, challenges, or gifts that are available for a limited time (for example, completing a challenge within a set number of days). These conditions are described inside the program and expire as stated.

Product Details

  • The specific content of each product (number of lessons, videos, or resources) is described on its sales or checkout page.
  • These products do not include personal feedback or coaching unless explicitly stated.

All mini-courses, guides, and digital resources are subject to the General Terms (Section 1) and the Refund Policy (Section 2).

Echo Español is not responsible for:

  • Individual learning outcomes
  • Technical issues on user devices
  • Internet or platform interruptions

Results depend on personal practice and consistency.
